LHH Talent Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Legal Administrative Assistant for its Miami office. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in business transactions, tax, and probate. Bilingual English/Spanish is required.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of five years of experience in business transactions, tax, and probate.

  • Bilingual English/Spanish required.

  • Demonstrated professionalism, confidentiality, flexibility, and organizational skills.

  • Proactive attitude and ability to work independently.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and electronic document management systems.

  • Experience with Filesite is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist attorneys in preparing, proofreading, and revising documents.

  • Schedule travel, appointments, and maintain calendars.

  • Maintain files and records.

  • Submit new business/matter opening paperwork and conflicts requests.

  • Handle time entry and client billing.

  • Provide support to other assistants and attorneys as necessary.
