Full-time W2 Temporary Legal Operations Associate (Remote)

Start Date: Monday, July 14

Duration: 6 months

Pay Rate: $45-$55/hour DOE

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Legal Operations Associate to join our client's in-house legal team on a temporary basis. This fully remote role is ideal for someone who can start immediately and commit to the full assignment with no or very limited time off over the next six months. Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update the contract management system and legal records

• Support contract review and vendor agreement processes

• Manage contingent worker onboarding workflows

• Assist with trademark portfolio and litigation support

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and outside counsel

• Handle administrative legal tasks and special projects as needed

Non-Negotiables:

• Must be available to start on 7/14

• Must have no planned time off (or very limited) through the end of the assignment

• Must have 3+ years of recent and demonstrated experience in a US legal department or US legal operations role (apparel industry experience preferred)

• Must be comfortable working independently in a remote environment and reside in the US

• Tech savvy and proficiency with contract management, compliance, and procurement systems (Ironclad, NAVEX, & Zip preferred)
