🌟 Legal Resource Assistant – Entry-Level | Miami, FL (Onsite)
Are you ready to kick-start your legal support career in a fast-paced, professional setting? A respected law firm in downtown Miami is looking for a Legal Resource Assistant to join their team. This is a fully onsite, entry-level role ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and a desire to grow in the legal field.

Monthly commuter stipend (~$120) to offset parking or public transit

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with client onboarding, matter openings, and conflict checks
Manage expense reports, invoice processing, and time entry (InTapp)
Coordinate attorney travel and scheduling logistics
Support document prep using Microsoft Office and internal systems
What You Bring:
2–3 years of administrative or office support experience
Strong attention to detail, discretion, and adaptability
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; iManage experience is a plus
A proactive mindset and a team-first attitude
