Role Overview:

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a skilled Project Attorney to join their financial services litigation team. This position is perfect for a legal professional who prefers remote work but is willing to visit the Miami office occasionally. The successful candidate will work on a project for a leading credit card company, focusing on financial services litigation.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Drafting Legal Documents: Prepare and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.

• Court Appearances: Attend court calls as necessary.

• Settlement Negotiations: Engage in negotiations to settle disputes.

• Case Management: Oversee case management tasks, including monitoring deadlines and providing updates to the client.

Training and Experience:

• No Prior Trial or Financial Services Experience Required:??Candidates do not need previous trial experience or specific experience in financial services litigation. LHH Recruitment Solutions will provide comprehensive training on financial services and client protocols.
