LHH is seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Paralegal to join a great law firm in the Miami area. As a key member of the firm, you will play an important role in supporting our real estate transactions and legal processes. If you have exceptional organizational skills and a strong understanding of real estate law, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate due diligence for residential and commercial real estate transactions

  • Review and summarize title commitments and surveys

  • Clear titles and obtain title policies with title companies

  • Use closing platforms like Qualia

  • Prepare and file documents such as deeds, mortgages, leases, UCC financing statements

  • Obtain permits and other agency documents

  • Distribute closing binders

  • Create checklists and manage the closing process for commercial transactions

  • Understand real estate law, title reviews, foreclosures, REO’s, financing, and lending documents

  • Handle transactions from initial contract to closing

  • Work with attorneys to coordinate efforts among outside counsel, lenders, borrowers, sellers, and business contacts

Requirements:

  • 3 years of residential/commercial real estate experience

  • Bilingual a MUST (English/Spanish)

  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments while still delivering consistent quality

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills



Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
