LHH is seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Paralegal to join a great law firm in the Miami area. As a key member of the firm, you will play an important role in supporting our real estate transactions and legal processes. If you have exceptional organizational skills and a strong understanding of real estate law, we would love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Coordinate due diligence for residential and commercial real estate transactions
Review and summarize title commitments and surveys
Clear titles and obtain title policies with title companies
Use closing platforms like Qualia
Prepare and file documents such as deeds, mortgages, leases, UCC financing statements
Obtain permits and other agency documents
Distribute closing binders
Create checklists and manage the closing process for commercial transactions
Understand real estate law, title reviews, foreclosures, REO’s, financing, and lending documents
Handle transactions from initial contract to closing
Work with attorneys to coordinate efforts among outside counsel, lenders, borrowers, sellers, and business contacts
Requirements:
3 years of residential/commercial real estate experience
Bilingual a MUST (English/Spanish)
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments while still delivering consistent quality
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
