Job Title: Credit and Collections Associate B2B

Location: Miamitown, Ohio - 100% in person work. Not remote or hybrid.

Overview: LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a dedicated Credit and Collections Associate B2B on behalf of our client in White Oak, Ohio. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, has strong communication skills, and is experienced in handling business-to-business credit and collections.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the collection of outstanding accounts receivable from business clients.

  • Evaluate credit applications and establish credit limits based on company policies.

  • Maintain accurate records of all collections activities and customer interactions.

  • Resolve any billing discrepancies and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.

  • Collaborate with the sales and accounting teams to ensure the smooth operation of the credit and collections process.

  • Prepare and present reports on account status and collection efforts to management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a B2B environment.

  • Strong understanding of credit and collections procedures.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with accounting software.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
