Operations Coordinator
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an Operations Specialist with 5 or more years of experience for a full-time job in Mill Neck, New York. This is an excellent role in Direct Hire within the non-profit industry.
Responsibilities:
  • Process incoming donations, prepare timely acknowledgment letters and tax receipts, and maintain organized gift records.
  • Generate and manage internal reports, mailing lists, and database queries to support fundraising and outreach efforts.
  • Provide administrative support to the Director of Development and Senior Director of Advancement, including scheduling, correspondence, and donor follow-up.
  • Coordinate the organization and maintenance of donor files, contact lists, and mailing databases.
  • Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing and event materials, including newsletters, brochures, and social media content.
  • Support the planning, logistics, and execution of fundraising events and donor engagement activities, including vendor coordination and on-site support.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve administrative processes and enhance the overall donor experience.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot database issues to ensure efficient gift processing and reporting.
  • Liaise with vendors and internal departments to ensure seamless coordination of event logistics and materials.
Qualifications:
  • 4-5 years of previous experience in Events, Operations or Marketing experience
  • Proficient in CRM

Salary: $65,000-80,000/yr


Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
