LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with one of our clients looking to fill an Accounts Receivable Clerk job for the corporate office located in Milpitas, CA. The job is 100% in-office. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and have some experience in accounts receivable. You will work within the accounting department and be involved in accounts receivable, collections, reaching out to customer via phone calls and emails resolving any discrepancy to bring in payment, cash applications, assist with the invoicing and cash receipts, and assist on any projects and duties that need to be tackled by the accounting department.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field required
- Accounting experience in Accounts Receivable is required

- Software experionmce with NetSuite would be a plus (ERP platfor experience preferred)
- Able to follow directions, comfortable asking questions, diligent
- Attention to detail, hardworking, organized, and a quick learner
- Good communications and customer service skills
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Outlook)

Experience: 1 year Accounts Receivable experience (Accounts Receivable, Cash Application Specialist, Credit & Collections, Accounting Clerk, Accounting Assistant)

Pay Details: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour
