Executive Assistant (Milpitas, CA)
LHH is teaming up with a tech manufacturing company in Milpitas, California in search of a proactive and highly skilled Executive Assistant to support the CEO, CFO, and Chief of Staff. This role demands an individual who is adept at managing high-level administrative tasks in a fast-paced, international setting. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, a strong professional demeanor, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, CFO, and Chief of Staff.
Manage complex calendaring and scheduling for both international and domestic meetings.
Coordinate and oversee board meetings, including taking detailed minutes.
Assist with global project management and oversee board interactions.
Handle travel arrangements and other ad-hoc requests from executives.
Utilize Excel for various tasks including pivot tables and macros
Engage with multiple departments and represent the company with professionalism and poise.
Required Skills and Experience:
Extensive experience as an Executive Assistant, with a background supporting senior executives in high-profile roles.
At least 2 years’ experience in the Tech industry.
Proven proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint, and NetSuite.
Strong analytical skills and experience with Excel functionalities like pivot tables and macros.
Prior industry experience is highly preferred.
Bilingual abilities are a huge plus!

Ability to work independently and anticipate executive needs proactively.
Location: Milpitas, CA. Parking available.
Worksite Type: Hybrid: Monday and Friday remote. Tuesday – Thursday in office. Some flexibility required
Salary: $100,000-$120,000 per year, depending on experience
Hours: Full time
Job Type: Contract-to-Hire, open to Direct Hire candidates as well.
