LHH is hiring a 2nd Shift Operator Lead for a company in the Milwaukee area. Working under the Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining safety, quality and efficient production on assigned shift. Does not need prior Lead experience - just the drive!

1. Ensure production process orders adhere to all Quality Control requirements.

2. Manage levels of raw materials needed to produce finished products.

3. Transfer components and raw materials in ERP system.

4. Responsible for overseeing the inventory, storage, manufacture, and transfer of items

5. Update KPI daily log with finished product numbers for each production line

6. Set and assign daily manufacturing lines

7. Work closely with Operations, Quality Control and maintenance

8. Assist the Production Supervisor to maintain safety, quality and efficient production on assigned shift.

9. Assist in root cause analysis and corrective action.

Hours: Flexible rotating schedule 1&2 shift when needed- 7:00am-3:30pm or 3:15pm-11:45pm Mon-Fri

Type: Direct hire

Pay: $25.00-$29.00 an hour
