We are hiring for an Accounting Specialist in Milwaukee, WI. This position is an addition to a professional services firm who offers excellent benefits and compensation. You will be responsible for primarily AP tasks as well as support other areas of accounting. If you have at least three years of experience, this could be a good fit for you.

Accounting Specialist Responsibilities:

• Monitor inbox, receive, code, and enter AP invoices

• Gain necessary approvals from leaders

• Reconcile and investigate missing data on invoices

• Process expense reports for organization

Requirements:

• Three or more years of accounting experience focused on accounts payable

• Associate’s Degree in Accounting desired but not required

• Professional communication skills both verbal and written

• Comfortable working in multiple softwares and automated processes
