We are hiring for an Accounts Payable Associate in Downtown Milwaukee, WI. This is an important addition to a professional services firm. You will be responsible for full-cycle AP under the leadership of the Finance Director. If you have at least two years of experience, this could be a good fit for you.

Accounts Payable Associate Responsibilities:

• Reviewing, entering, and coding invoices accurately

• Reconcile credit card statements

• Weekly check runs

• Vendor management

Requirements:

• Two or more years of accounts payable experience

• Associate’s Degree in Accounting desired

• Professional communication skills both verbal and written

• Comfortable working in multiple softwares
