Job Title: HR Coordinator
Location: Franklin, WI
Pay Rate: $20 - $24 per hour
Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have experience in the non-profit sector and proficiency in using Paylocity or ADP for HR functions. This role involves supporting various HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and benefits administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience.
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems (Paylocity or ADP).
Support employee relations by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Administer employee benefits programs and assist with open enrollment processes.
Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Assist with payroll processing and related tasks.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in an HR role, preferably within the non-profit sector.
Proficiency in using Paylocity or ADP for HR functions.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
