A global medical device manufacturing company located just north of Milwaukee is looking to add a Continuous Improvement Engineer to their team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career that enjoys learning manufacturing processes and developing ways make them better


Responsibilities/Qualifications:


· Bachelors Degree in engineering


· Understanding of Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing concepts


· Comfortable being hands on in a manufacturing environment


· Ability to communicate with equipment operators as well as leadership


· Knowledge of plastics manufacturing a plus


· Continuous Improvement mindset


· Ability to lead corrective actions when production issues are identified


· Familiarity with FDA, ISO, and other industry standards preferred


· Assisting in setting up production for new jobs

Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year Search managed by: Adam Michalak
