We are hiring for a Controller in Milwaukee, WI. This addition to the team will play a hands on role supporting a nonprofit organization. You will report directly to the CFO and lead a small accounting team. If you have at least five years experience, this could be a good fit for you.

Controller Responsibilities:

• Prepare Financial Statements and Reporting

• Participate in Audits

• Ensure Month End Close is Timely and Accurate

• Grant Accounting

• Develop and Train Staff

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA desired

• Five or more years working in nonprofit accounting

• Strong analysis and forecasting abilities

• Professional communication and leadership skills
