Location: Hybrid in Milwaukee, WI
Compensation: $95K-$105K + bonus opportunity and great benefits!
Benefit offerings include medical, dental, 401K plan and more. Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria.
Role Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Business, Marketing or similar.
5+ years of experience in customer service, customer success, customer experience, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a managerial role in food manufacturing or CPG industries (industry experience is required).
Desire and demonstrated experience leading and growing direct reports.
Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, and ERP systems (Oracle ERP is a plus).
