Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Executive Assistant. The ideal candidate will have a background in the construction industry and possess exceptional administrative and communication skills. This role involves managing executive schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and performing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the executive office.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and reports.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
Assist in the preparation and review of documents, contracts, and proposals related to construction projects.
Maintain and organize files, records, and documentation for easy retrieval.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and vendors.
Conduct research and gather information as needed to support executive decision-making.
Ensure confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the executive team.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably within the construction industry.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
Pay: $26 - $36/hr
Pay Details: $26.00 to $36.00 per hour
