- Manage the C-Suite complex calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, while prioritizing conflicting needs
- Act as the primary point of contact between the C-Suite and internal/external stakeholders, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Prepare and coordinate materials for meetings, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Conduct research and compile data as needed to support C-Suite in decision-making processes
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
- Anticipate needs and proactively address issues to ensure efficient workflow
- Collaborate with other executive assistants and team members to facilitate cross-functional communication and coordination
- Perform additional administrative tasks and special projects as assigned
Work Type: Direct hire
