A manufacturing company in Milwaukee is adding a Fabrication Specialist to their Engineering team. This position will work closely with their existing product development team to create prototypes using a variety of materials and manufacturing processes. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team with a company that has low turnover and an exciting bonus program

Responsibilities/Qualifications:

· Hands-on prototype development/testing experience

· Experience with CAD software (Solidworks preferred)

· Experience working with a variety of materials (metals, plastics, wood, etc)

· Understand of different manufacturing processes (cutting, punching, machining, welding, etc)

· Knowledge of Quality standards

· Project Management skills

· Technical documentation
