LHH is hiring an HR & Payroll Specialist for a company in the Milwaukee. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of payroll processing and providing comprehensive HR support.
Process bi-weekly payroll for all employees, including calculating wages, deductions, and taxes.
Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system.
Assist with onboarding new employees, including conducting orientation sessions and processing new hire paperwork.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and HR policies.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
Prepare and submit payroll reports to management.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing and HR support.
Strong knowledge of payroll software and HRIS systems.
Type: temporary to hire
Pay: $23.00-$27.00 an hour
Hours: 7:30am-4:00pm Mon-Fri
Pay Details: $23.00 to $27.00 per hour
