Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, performing cycle counts, and ensuring product is properly labeled and stored. You’ll play a key role in supporting efficient warehouse operations and ensuring inventory accuracy across all departments.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily inventory counts and cycle counts as scheduled.

  • Receive, label, and store inbound shipments accurately.

  • Update inventory systems to reflect product movement, adjustments, and returns.

  • Assist with inventory reconciliation and investigate discrepancies.

  • Organize and maintain warehouse stock areas to ensure cleanliness and order.

  • Work closely with warehouse, shipping, and purchasing teams to ensure accurate inventory flow.

  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and RF scanners.

  • Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 months warehouse experience required.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Basic computer/data entry skills; experience with inventory software is a plus.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

  • Forklift certification (preferred but not required).


Compensation & Benefits:
