LHH is seeking a highly qualified IP Litigation Paralegal to join a growing law firm and dynamic Intellectual Property practice in Milwaukee. This is a hybrid role and they are looking for someone with Litigation experience, does not have to be IP experience.
What You’ll Do:
Draft litigation documents including correspondence, pleadings, discovery requests/responses, proposed orders, and post-trial bills of cost
Perform cite-checking and key-citing of pleadings and motions
Prepare, electronically file, and serve motions, briefs, affidavits, exhibits, and related documents in U.S. District Courts and the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals
Conduct initial document review for production and privilege
Prepare and maintain privilege logs; assist attorneys with deposition preparation
Support trial teams with logistics (including out-of-state trials), preparation of trial and jury notebooks, and compiling extensive exhibit lists
What We’re Looking For:
4+ years of litigation paralegal experience plus some law firm experience
Bachelor’s Degree or Paralegal Certificate strongly preferred
Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- A client-focused, proactive attitude and the desire to be a collaborative team player
- 1500 billable hours - need experience with billable hours
Salary $90,000 - $110,000 - Depending on experience plus benefits
Pay Details: $85,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
