LHH is seeking a highly qualified IP Litigation Paralegal to join a growing law firm and dynamic Intellectual Property practice in Milwaukee. This is a hybrid role and they are looking for someone with Litigation experience, does not have to be IP experience.


What You’ll Do:

  • Draft litigation documents including correspondence, pleadings, discovery requests/responses, proposed orders, and post-trial bills of cost

  • Perform cite-checking and key-citing of pleadings and motions

  • Prepare, electronically file, and serve motions, briefs, affidavits, exhibits, and related documents in U.S. District Courts and the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals

  • Conduct initial document review for production and privilege

  • Prepare and maintain privilege logs; assist attorneys with deposition preparation

  • Support trial teams with logistics (including out-of-state trials), preparation of trial and jury notebooks, and compiling extensive exhibit lists


What We’re Looking For:

  • 4+ years of litigation paralegal experience plus some law firm experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Paralegal Certificate strongly preferred

  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • A client-focused, proactive attitude and the desire to be a collaborative team player
  • 1500 billable hours - need experience with billable hours

Salary $90,000 - $110,000 - Depending on experience plus benefits



Pay Details: $85,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
