We are hiring for a Part-Time Accounts Payable Specialist in Milwaukee, WI. This role will offer flexibility of a three day work week. You will be part of a team processing full cycle AP. If you have at least two years experience, this could be a good fit for you.

Part-Time Accounts Payable Specialist Responsibilities:

• Enter and code invoices

• Match purchase orders to invoices to receipts

• Reconcile invoices and vendor information

• Expense Reports

• Check Runs

Requirements:

• Two or more years of full-cycle accounts payable experience

• Higher education like Associate’s Degree desired but not required

• Comfortable working in multiple softwares like Coupa and Oracle

• Detail oriented and professional - working well in a team environment
