We are hiring for a Payroll Specialist in Milwaukee, WI. This role will be responsible for processing payroll for about 200 employees in multiple states. You will also support AP and report up to the CFO. If you have at least two years experience, this could be a good fit for you.

Payroll Specialist Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter bi-weekly payroll for employees in three states

• Process deductions including wage garnishments and taxes

• Utilize a third-party payroll software

• Back up accounts payable

Requirements:

• Two or more years of payroll processing experience

• Comfortable working in payroll softwares

• Professional, analytical, and detail oriented

• Higher education desired but not required
