We are hiring for a Payroll Supervisor in Milwaukee, WI. This position is open due to internal promotion and you will lead a small yet effective team for a professional services organization. If you have at least seven years of payroll leadership experience, this could be a good fit for you.

Payroll Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Leading, training, mentoring staff

• Participate in bi-monthly, multi-state payroll

• Responsible for reporting and filing of 940s, 941s and W-2s as well as state income tax withholdings and unemployment taxes

• Be a resource for payroll-related inquiries, troubleshooting, and escalations

Requirements:

• Seven or more years of payroll processing leadership experience

• Higher education desired such as Associate’s or Bachelor’s

• Good working knowledge of softwares like ADP WFN

• Professional communication skills both verbal and written
