We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and efficient front office experience.
What You’ll Do:
Greet and assist visitors with professionalism and warmth
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Schedule appointments and maintain office calendars
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
Keep the front office tidy and organized
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative support role preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented
Pay Details: $18.00 to $24.00 per hour
