Salary: $21 - $25 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 32 hours per week
Job Description:
LHH Recruitment is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Community Manager to join our client's team at an affordable housing property in Milwaukie, OR. This is a contract position for 3-6 months with a strong potential to turn into a permanent role based on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Resident Relations: Assist in maintaining positive relationships with residents by addressing their concerns, providing information, and ensuring a high level of customer service.
Leasing and Marketing: Support leasing activities, including showing units to prospective residents, processing applications, and conducting move-in orientations. Assist in marketing efforts to maintain high occupancy rates.
Administrative Duties: Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining resident files, preparing reports, and managing correspondence. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and company policies.
Property Maintenance Coordination: Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of work orders and property upkeep. Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address any issues.
Financial Management: Assist in rent collection, processing payments, and managing delinquent accounts. Support the preparation of financial reports and budgets.
Event Planning: Help organize and execute community events and activities to foster a sense of community among residents.
Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience in property management, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and handle a variety of responsibilities.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio).
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in property management are a plus.
Attributes: A positive attitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent service to residents.
Pay Details: $21.00 to $25.00 per hour
