Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Temporary Assignment)

Pay Rate: $28/hour
Assignment Length: ASAP through 10/31/2025
Location: Minneapolis, MN (Fully Onsite) M-F 8am to 5pm


About the Role:

A temporary Administrative Assistant is needed to support general office operations. The ideal candidate will have at least three (3) years of administrative experience and a High School diploma or GED equivalent. This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented position ideal for someone who is proactive, organized, and professional.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative office duties

  • Prepare, sort, and distribute mail

  • Handle FedEx/UPS/Courier prep and certified mailings

  • Stock kitchen/pantry daily and order lunches as needed

  • Greet guests and assist with conference room booking and clean-up

  • Scan and manage documentation

  • Issue new ID/access badges

  • Log incoming checks

  • Assist with tax processing, including assembly, delivery, and database updates


Required Qualifications:

Education:

  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent (Required)

  • Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)

Experience:

  • 3+ years of administrative experience (Required)

  • Experience in a professional office environment (Preferred)



Pay Details: $18.00 to $18.18 per hour
