LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an HR Generalist in Minneapolis, MN. Ideal candidates will have a passion for human resources and thrive in a a fast-paced setting

Title: HR Generalist
Location: Minneapolis, MN (100% on-site)
Employment Type: Full-time; Monday-Friday
Reason for opening: Company growth

Compensation will vary upon experience:
  • Entry Level: $50,000 - $60,000 per year
  • Mid Level: $65,000 - $75,000 per year
  • Senior Level: $75,000 - $90,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries and concerns. Foster a positive work environment and address employee issues promptly.
  • Performance Management: Support performance management processes, including setting objectives, conducting performance reviews, and providing feedback.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • HR Administration: Manage employee records, benefits administration, and payroll processing. Maintain accurate and confidential HR files.
  • Training and Development: Assist in the development and implementation of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • HR Projects: Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve HR processes and contribute to the overall success of the HR department.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, but not required
  • 2+ years of experience in an HR Generalist role or similar position.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
