Hybrid work environment (3 days onsite, 2 days from home). LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Manager for a confidential client. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing legal and compliance team and play a key role in managing the full contract lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems such as Agiloft and hold a Juris Doctor (JD), though bar licensure is not required.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working cross-functionally, and has a strong understanding of contract structures, risk mitigation, and compliance best practices.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and tracking a wide range of commercial agreements

  • Collaborate with legal, procurement, sales, and business teams to ensure contracts align with company policies and risk tolerance

  • Maintain and optimize the CLM system (Agiloft or similar), ensuring accurate data entry, reporting, and workflow automation

  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline contract management and reduce turnaround time

  • Monitor contract performance, renewal dates, and compliance obligations

  • Support internal audits and reporting related to contract compliance and risk management


Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school (active bar license not required)

  • Minimum of 3???5 years of experience in contract management, legal operations, or a related legal role

  • Experience with CLM platforms such as Agiloft, Ironclad, Conga, or similar systems

  • Strong understanding of contract law, commercial terms, and risk assessment

  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid environment


Preferred Experience:

  • Background in corporate legal departments or in-house counsel support

  • Familiarity with SaaS, technology, or procurement contracts

  • Experience training or onboarding users to CLM platforms



Pay Details: $52.09 per hour
