LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a confidential client to find a skilled Legal Administrative Assistant with a strong background in litigation support. This is an exciting opportunity for a legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting high-stakes legal work.

We are seeking candidates with at least 3 years of experience, particularly those who have supported trial preparation and have exposure to product liability, mass torts, or class action litigation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to attorneys and legal teams

  • Assist with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, coordinating logistics, and managing deadlines

  • Draft, proofread, and format legal documents such as pleadings, discovery responses, and correspondence

  • Maintain and organize case files, both physical and electronic

  • Coordinate with court personnel, clients, and vendors as needed

  • Manage attorney calendars, schedule meetings, and track court deadlines

  • Support document production and e-filing in state and federal courts

  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a legal administrative assistant or legal secretary

  • Proven experience supporting trial preparation

  • Preferred background in product liability, mass torts, and/or class actions

  • Strong knowledge of legal terminology, court procedures, and litigation processes

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal document management systems

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Benefits:

Depending on the specific client, location, and role, the benefits may include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401k plan. Additionally, you may be eligible for paid leave including Paid Sick Leave or other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law, as well as Holiday pay where applicable.



Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year
