LHH is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Administrative Assistant to support its growing Defense Product Liability, Mass Torts, and Class Action practice in Minneapolis. This is an excellent opportunity to join a sophisticated, high-performing legal team with a strong reputation and a rapidly expanding local office. This is a hybrid role.
Key Qualifications:
3–6 years of experience in a legal administrative role, defense litigation required
Strong knowledge of federal court filing; California court experience a plus
Must be confident assisting with trial preparation (no heavy trial docket)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and iManage or similar DMS
Exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills
Will consider less experienced candidates with standout skills
Job Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to up to 4 attorneys
Manage high-volume, complex caseloads efficiently
Handle e-filing, document drafting, billing, calendaring, and time entry
Coordinate travel, assist with intake/conflict checks, and transcription
Participate in trial prep support as needed
Office provides on-site parking
Interview process includes Zoom + onsite rounds
