LHH is seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant to join their legal client's Patent Intellectual Property team. This is a dynamic opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to support a fast-paced group of attorneys and paralegals.
What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive administrative support including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting scheduling.
- Prepare, edit, and finalize legal documents and correspondence with precision.
- Maintain and organize electronic client files and manage document filing systems.
- Process client billing, invoices, conflict checks, and new client intake documentation.
- Support docketing and calendaring functions while ensuring timely CLE and license renewals.
Who You Are
- A high school graduate (or GED equivalent) with at least 3 years of legal administrative experience in a law firm or corporate legal setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong document formatting and transcription skills.
- Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities under pressure.
- A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills and a high level of professionalism.
What We Offer
- Competitive compensation: $60,000–$75,000 annually, depending on experience.
