LHH is seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant to join their national client's dynamic legal team in Minneapolis, focusing on defense product liability, mass torts and class action. This role offers the opportunity to support high-level attorneys in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What You'll Do
- Manage court filings, including electronic submissions and calendaring deadlines
- Coordinate attorney schedules, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics
- Prepare, edit, and proofread legal documents with a high degree of accuracy
- Maintain organized case files and records, both physical and digital
- Handle time entry, billing processes, and conflict check submissions
- Provide transcription support and assist other team members as needed
Who You Are
- 3-6 years of experience in legal administrative support, preferably with trial exposure
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and document management systems (iManage a plus)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Professional, discreet, and committed to delivering excellent client service
