LHH is seeking a Paralegal to join their national client's dynamic legal team in Minneapolis, specializing in defense: product liability, mass torts, and class action litigation. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with attorneys on complex cases in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorney review
  • Draft and prepare legal documents including pleadings, discovery requests, and responses
  • Manage court filings and ensure compliance with procedural requirements and deadlines
  • Organize and maintain case files, including electronic document management
  • Assist in trial preparation, including compiling exhibits, witness lists, and trial binders
  • Coordinate with clients, experts, and witnesses for case development
  • Support attorneys with deposition and hearing preparation
  • Review and analyze medical records and other case-related documents

Who You Are:

  • 3-6 years of experience as a paralegal in litigation, preferably with exposure to product liability, mass torts, or class action cases
  • Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and document management systems (iManage a plus)
  • Strong legal research and writing skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Professional, discreet, and committed to delivering excellent client service

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary range of $80,000-$95,000, based on experience and qualifications
