LHH seeks a Customer Service Representative in Modesto, CA!

Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Connect with members and answer a variety of questions and requests, both on the phone and in person.

  • Share clear information about benefits, eligibility, claims, and authorizations—be their go-to guide!

  • Investigate and resolve claim issues, ensuring our members get the support they deserve.

  • Document your wins and discoveries in our tracking systems to help the whole team shine.

  • Master multitasker—field 50-100 calls a day while keeping things organized and accurate.

  • Curious and proactive—learn from every challenge and bounce back with fresh ideas.

  • Tech savvy—comfortable with Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, and navigating multiple systems at once.

  • Fast and accurate typist—45 WPM at 90% accuracy.

  • Discreet and trustworthy—handle confidential details the right way.

  • Knowledge of Medi-Cal programs, managed care, or health plan customer service.

  • Familiarity with medical policy, terminology, or coding (ICD & CPT).

Your Background:

  • High school diploma or GED required. Associates degree preferred

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience working call center handling heavy call volumes in healthcare or related field.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
