LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a seasoned Project Manager IV to lead physical security systems projects for a confidential healthcare organization’s Central Valley Division. This is a high-impact opportunity to drive the implementation of security infrastructure across multiple facilities as part of a major capital initiative.

About the Role:

This role is ideal for a strategic project leader with deep experience in physical security systems and a passion for operational excellence. The selected candidate will oversee 30–50 capital projects, ensuring the seamless deployment of access control and surveillance technologies in alignment with enterprise security standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end execution of physical security projects across multiple healthcare facilities.

  • Manage the installation and integration of access control and video surveillance platforms.

  • Collaborate with vendors, engineers, and facility project managers to define scope, pricing, and timelines.

  • Analyze budgets, floor plans, and technical requirements to design effective security systems.

  • Ensure successful commissioning and backend integration of all systems.

  • Maintain project documentation and updates using tools like SAP and Projecto.

  • Conduct on-site visits to validate installations and resolve issues.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on physical security or technology systems.

  • Familiarity with platforms such as Secure 9000 and Genetec is highly desirable.

  • Strong skills in budgeting, vendor coordination, and stakeholder communication.

  • Knowledge of cybersecurity, network security, and systems commissioning.

  • PMP certification is a plus.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

  • Must be based in the Central Valley region and available for local travel.

  • Day Shift | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM




Pay Details: $70.00 to $77.00 per hour
