Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (100% On-Site)

Employment Type: Direct Hire
Salary: $48,000 – $52,000

What We’re Looking For:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (recent graduates encouraged to apply)

· Strong Excel skills – including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs

· Exceptional communication and customer service skills – you'll interact regularly with

club members, vendors, and food & beverage staff

· Professional presence with a nice business casual dress code

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

· Review monthly inventory and sales for the on-site shop

· Learn and work within Jonas software (training provided)

· Over time, take on additional responsibilities including Basic journal entries, Member

deposit processing and payment handling, Financial reporting support
