Job Title: Consumer Support Specialist- Contract to Hire
Summary: This role involves assisting consumers by providing product and service information, and resolving product and service issues.
Hours: MUST BE FLEXIBLE ON WORK SCHEDULE: 8:30-5 are their core hours, but you may have to work 9- 5:30.
In addition must be able to work up to 2 nights/week (12pm – 8pm), and up to 2 Saturdays/month (9am-5pm) if you do work the Saturday you will have off one day during the week.
Responsibilities:
Answering phone calls and resolving consumer complaints and inquiries in a professional manner.
Handling customer inquiries within established policies, procedures, company standards, and workflows.
Answering product and service questions, and suggesting information about other products and services by using training materials and other tools.
Resolving product or service issues by determining the cause of the problem and explaining the best solution for solving the problem.
Maintaining a high knowledge of products, policies, and procedures, and practicing thorough documentation and proofreading.
Performing order processing within the Business Central system by opening customer accounts, fulfilling refund and replacement requests, and handling return authorizations.
Maintaining accurate customer records by updating account information.
Handling other duties as assigned by the department manager.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
Experience in order processing and customer account management is a plus.
Knowledge of products
