Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator
Location: Montvale, NJ (Hybrid – Up to 4 days in office)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM or 8:30 AM–5:30 PM
Salary: Up to $60,000

Overview:

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our clients HR department. This role is ideal for someone with at least 1 year of experience as an HR Intern or HR Administrative Assistant, who is passionate about onboarding and employee engagement, and enjoys contributing to a vibrant workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR files, records, and documentation

  • Reconcile monthly benefit invoices and ensure compliance postings are current

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements

Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Generate ideas and enthusiasm for employee events and culture-building activities

  • Post birthdays, anniversaries, and event photos on the company intranet

  • Research and coordinate volunteer opportunities and seasonal employee programs

  • Attend and support all employee events

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist with the hiring process, including interview scheduling and onboarding coordination

  • Manage new hire paperwork and ensure a smooth onboarding experience

  • Support recruitment efforts by maintaining candidate records and communication

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an HR Intern or HR Administrative Assistant

  • Demonstrated experience with onboarding processes

  • High energy, outgoing personality, and a passion for event planning

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

This is a hybrid role requiring in-office presence at least Monday through Wednesday, with the potential for up to 4 days in office based on business needs.



Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year
