Staffing Coordinator (Hybrid – Montvale, NJ)
Pay: Up to $32/hour
Staffing Agency Experience Preferred

We’re seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator to join our team in a hybrid role (4 days remote, 1 day onsite in Montvale, NJ). This full-time position is ideal for someone coming from a staffing agency background who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process and track independent contractor and third-party payables.

  • Reconcile consultant timesheets against budgets.

  • Maintain and track purchase orders (POs) in sync with billing cycles.

  • Draft and manage standardized Statements of Work (SOWs), monitor contract renewals, and follow up on expirations.

  • Coordinate with internal account managers, consultants, clients, and partners to ensure alignment and clear communication.

  • Generate reports to support staffing operations and ensure compliance.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in operations, payables, and budgeting—preferably within IT staffing.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to error-free payroll processing.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, macros, etc.).

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across internal teams and external clients.

  • A proactive team player who thrives in a dynamic, multi-faceted environment.



Pay Details: $28.00 to $32.00 per hour
