Entry Level Finance, Accounting, and Administrative Roles!

  • Location: Moon Township, PA - 100% in office

  • Job Type: Temporary to Hire

  • Pay: $18.50/hr.

  • Benefits: Once hired permanently, health, dental, and vision benefits are effective day 1, various discounts, generous PTO (17 days a year | prorated), 401k with a match, room for growth and advancement!

  • Hours: First 2 weeks will start at 9 or 9:30 am for training | after training hours would be 10 am – 7 pm OR 12:30 pm to 9 pm

LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a dynamic and rapidly growing company that recently underwent an acquisition and his hiring reliable and driven individuals to join their team. These roles are entry level, willing to train, and an excellent way to get your foot in the door and get started in or reenter the mortgage industry.

There are a variety of openings, and everyone will be placed in the role that best utilizes their strengths. All the roles will be busy, and you will be moving around the office, so this is not a “sit at your desk” job.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Sorting and distributing mail and packages.

  • Scanning and uploading documents

  • Managing physical copies of documents

  • Assisting with various administrative tasks as needed

  • Supporting different departments including documentation, audit, and post-close

Qualifications:

  • HS Diploma, Associate, or bachelor’s degrees all welcome

  • Previous experience in shipping clerk roles or administrative office work helpful but not required.

  • Strong computer skills

  • Comfortable moving around the office.

  • Flexible and adaptable to high-volume work environments

  • Positive attitude, team player, and a desire and willingness to learn.

  • Ability to pass a background and drug test.
