Our client in Morristown, NJ is looking to hire an HRBP for their US operations. This is predominantly onsite with some hybrid flexibility. The ideal candidate will come out of OTC products, Pharma, or Cosmetics and Skin Care.

Responsibilities:

  • HR Administration and Operations: onboarding, offboarding, documentation, evaluate programs, handbook updates

  • Recruiting: full cycle

  • Training and Development: work with the corporate HR team on existing material, partner with a 3rd party provider as needed

  • HR Analytics – KPIs, etc.

  • HR Strategy

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of HR Generalist experience

  • Proactive, self starter

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Tech savvy



Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $115,000.00 per year
