Job Overview:

• Lead the corporate tax reporting and filing. Partner with external tax advisors to ensure compliance

• Manage the annual federal income and state tax return preparations including K-1s

• Responsible for basis calculations for LLCs and S Corporations

• Filing all State and Local excise, franchise, and business tax returns as well as US census filings

• Responsible for the annual R&D tax credit coordination

• Compile and file tax residency certificates

• Oversee a Tax Accountant

• Ad hoc projects as requested

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Tax

• 7+ years of Tax experience with at least one year of supervisory

• Strong foundation in sales tax and property tax

• SAP experience preferred

• Deadline driven

• Exceptional level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal
