Job Posting: Business Process Specialist
Pay: $64.14/hr to $74.83/hr depending on experience level
Role Title: Business Process Specialist
Duration: 6 Months
Work Location: Mountain View, CA - Onsite
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8-5PM PT
Overall Responsibilities:
Seeking a Regulatory Compliance Associate. This person will be responsible for being a liaison between operations teams and the broader Regulatory Compliance team to ensure the forecasting, assembling, tracking, filing, and overall organizing of regulatory applications critical for company success are handled with urgency and care.
Leverage program management and operational skills to:
• Support strategic, global, cross-functional operations and programs. This includes managing expectations with partner stakeholders, identifying risks, and clearly communicating to internal and external stakeholders.
• Support Partner operations initiatives including Partner onboarding, contracting, commercial negotiations, Partner enablement and reporting
• Conduct key analyses to measure operational and business performance of the PSO Partner ecosystem.
Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:
Work with operational teams in the field and the broader Regulatory Compliance team to forecast and ensure high-volume regulatory permits and other compliance materials are received by critical deadlines
Assemble, track, and file regulatory applications for permits for autonomous vehicle operators or permits and registrations for vehicles in both digital and hardcopy forms with exceptional attention to detail and care
Track and execute on renewal deadlines and other due dates using a mixture of different technologies including Google Sheets and proprietary issue-tracking software. Be able to remain flexible, learn new softwares quickly, and suggest tools and features to improve processes
Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:
Mandatory: At least an AA in Business Administration, Legal, or a regulatory-related discipline. 2-3 years in an administrative, legal, or compliance-related role. 1+ year of experience assembling and/or tracking critical documentation
Desired: Strong familiarity with CA DMV processes. Familiarity with state and federal transportation or autonomous vehicle regulations. Enthusiasm for autonomous vehicles and/or safety and compliance philosophies. Experience with Adobe Acrobat and/or Illustrator
Pay Details: $64.14 to $74.83 per hour
