Accounts Receivable Specialist

Location: Mundelein

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days on-site after training, 2 days from home)

Pay: $50-60 based on experience

Start Date: Mid May

Job Description:

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join the dedicated team. This hybrid role requires the candidate to work on-site for three days a week after the initial training period. The ideal candidate will have strong system experience, with a preference for those familiar with SAP.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.

  • Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.

  • Maintain and update customer records in the accounting system.

  • Prepare and distribute regular accounts receivable reports.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role.

  • Proficiency in accounting software; SAP experience is highly preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
