• Owns entire cash applications process (checks, lockbox, credit card, and ACH)
• Work closely with billing team to accurately adjust records in accounting software
• Reconcile all monthly purchase invoices
• Updates and maintains all Accounts Receivable records
• Reports weekly Accounts Receivable aging and cash receipts to management and other internal departments.
• Analyze aging AR report to determine delinquent accounts and recommend appropriate collection strategy

• Associate’s degree in business, accounting or finance preferred
• At least 1-2 years of cash applications experience required
• Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables and vlookups)
• Flawless communication and follow up skills
• Ability to multitask and say organized in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work well with others and support multiple teams
• Positive attitude and passionate about your career
