🔍 About the Role
As the Multi-Site Controller, you’ll lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting across several manufacturing sites. You’ll serve as a strategic business partner to plant leadership, driving performance, cost control, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for multiple sites
Provide financial insights to support plant-level decision-making
Oversee monthly and quarterly financial reporting and KPI tracking
Partner with operations to drive cost savings and margin improvement
Support audits, inventory controls, and capital investment analysis
Promote a lean, cost-conscious culture across all locations
âś… What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred)
3–5 years of accounting experience in manufacturing (automotive preferred)
2+ years in a supervisory or managerial role
Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and financial systems
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to travel periodically to plant sites
