LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a manufacturing company seeking a Senior Accountant to join their team. This position will work closely with the Controller.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a precise and up-to-date general ledger. Prepare financial statements and reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

• Manage and update the chart of accounts to ensure all financial data is categorized correctly for reporting and analysis.

• Handle billing, monitor incoming payments, and manage overdue accounts to secure timely receivables.

• Execute accurate journal entries that properly reflect the financial activities of the company.

• Manage the receipt and processing of all incoming funds, ensuring all cash receipts are documented correctly.

• Oversee company expenses and periodic accruals, ensuring that all financial transactions are recognized in the appropriate periods.

• Work closely with the inventory department to monitor and report on inventory levels and valuation.

• Process payroll accurately, maintaining proper records for wages, deductions, and taxes.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of accounting experience

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability work independently

• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
