Account Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our client’s team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. You will work closely with sales, operations, and customer service teams to deliver exceptional service. This is a Direct Hire opportunity located near Naperville, IL.
Responsibilities:
· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
· Proactively identify and address client needs and concerns.
· Conduct regular client meetings to review performance and discuss future opportunities.
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
· Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
· Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations.
· Accurately enter and process customer orders.
· Monitor order status and resolve any issues or delays.
· Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
· Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving problems in a timely manner.
· Assist with customer training and education on product usage and benefits.
· Analyze account performance and identify areas for improvement.
· Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and retention.
· Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on account performance.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
· Proven experience in account management or sales.
· Strong understanding of sales and customer relationship management principles.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
· Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is preferred.
Job Details:

· Monday-Friday, onsite
· Pay is $45k-$55k, depending on experience
